Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.
A warm welcome to you. As you look through our website we hope that you will be inspired to come and join us at one of our services or at one of our other church activities. We are a community that strongly believes God loves and accepts all people and hope that you will find that love and peace amongst us.
I look forward to meeting you personally. Stephen
Although we use St. Francis Day (4th October) as a time to give thanks for animals and nature in general, there were many other aspects to Francis than his love of God’s creation and creatures: His rejection of material possessions and security, his love of the very imperfect Church of his day, his love and passion for the poor and his missionary enthusiasm and his deep love of Christ, whom he sought to follow so closely, are all as much a part of St. Francis as his sermon to the birds. pentecost-20c-16-st-francis-sunday
